Ever since the Danner manufacturing company first started to trade in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin back in 1932 Danner boots have been a benchmark of outstanding craftmanship and uncompromising quality. After achieving a great deal of mileage many Danner boots can be refurbished by replacing the outsole, and repairing the stitch seams and thereby extend their life further. An experienced craftsmen or women can refurbish your boots from a simple resole and leather care to a major overhaul.

Danner have produced many classic hiking boots including the Danner Jag during the 1980’s. The Jag was a lightweight alternative to their heavy-duty hiking boots. This popular model became a favourite on the trail supporting many backpacks and complementing denim cut-offs worn by the style conscious hiker. Now after 30 years, Danner have reintroduced an updated and more versatile version of the Jag hiking boot.
