EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD.  Any Item purchased from the 7th December can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned to us by the 9th January 2017 as long as the item is unworn with all tags attached and intact.

Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item, simply return it to us at the address below and we will send out a replacement, or provide a full refund of the value of the clothing. Goods must be returned at your cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. Please repackage your goods carefully and we suggest using Recorded Delivery or a similar service to return your items. Goods must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging with labeling intact together with the Naked Ape Online receipt. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods excluding delivery charges and return postal charges. We ask that you notify us by email of your intent to return the goods within 7 working days of your receipt of your order. Goods must be then returned within 14 days of our being notified. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT REFUND POSTAGE UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY. Any item returned for exchange to a different size will have a £4.50 carriage charge applied for the return postage costs.
        Defects: Where a claim of defect or damage is made you will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.       

Postage & Delivery

We regularly update our web site to accurately reflect the availability of items presented on our site. On detailed product pages and during the check out process, items availability will normally be shown. We aim to great deals on outdoor clothing and gear when they become available from our supply partners. Although we hold a large range of products some items are held by our supply partners. Product items may show availability from our supply partners and take additional  time before processing but will usually be dispatched to you within 24 hrs of our receipt. This may mean that orders may take up to 7 working days to reach you.  If an item is going to take longer than a week to dispatch or is unavailable we will contact you with details and give you the option to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. If you need an item urgently please contact us before placing your order so that we confirm availability and advise on our ability to deliver more quickly. All items will be dispatched according to the delivery option you select. 


UK Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Usually between 1 -3 working days delivery from the day of our dispatch to you £4.50
WE NORMALLY DISPATCH YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR ITEMS HELD IN STOCK if we receive your order before 11 am, Monday to Friday. Orders received on a Saturday by 11am will be dIspatched on a Monday. Orders received later in the weekend will be despatched on a Tuesday. This is a one off cost per order, so no matter how many items you purchase we only charge the one rate £4.50. All items are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery although in the event of any strike action by Royal Mail we will use courier services. It's a recorded service and a signature will be required on delivery. We need your home address to process payment but we are happy to deliver to a different address such as your work address and you can fill in this option at checkout. Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery £8.50 
We need to receive the order by 11am to guarantee next day delivery. However if it's later in the day just give us a call on 01142 739777 and we will let you know what we can achieve. Orders received on a Friday will arrive on Monday. (or Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday).

Overseas Orders - £12.50 
Orders generally take 6-8 days. For most packages we use the signed for Royal Mail Airmail service. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%.

European orders generally take 6 to 10 days depending on the country. For most packages we use the signed for Royal Mail Airmail service. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%.

We will let know whether we are able to arrange delivery to your country of residence and quote you a price for delivery before you proceed with your order. Bulky or heavy orders We charge special rates for some bulky or heavy orders.

1. USE A RULER OR STEEL TAPE AND USE MM FOR GREATER ACCURACY
2. MEASURE THE LEGNTH OF YOUR FEET FROM THE BACK EDGE OF THE HEEL TO THE TIP OF THE LONGEST TOE (NOT ALWAYS THE BIG TOE)
3. MEASURE WHEN YOUR FEET ARE AT THEIR MAXIMUM VOLUME WHICH IS USUALLY AT THE END OF THE DAY OR AFTER A RUN
4. IF YOU INTEND WEARING TOE SOCKS, ALLOW A 1mm COMFORT ZONE ALL ROUND
